Thomas Paine's writing provided a foundation for the arguments that established the American democracy. His theological arguments in works like "The Rights of Man" and "Common Sense" provided the groundwork for many points in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution.
I had a difficult time learning anything about this printing, aside from only locating other copies in university libraries. It seems to be in good condition other than the damage to the back board and some pages (pictured).
